Your spacious studio features a luxurious king-size bed outfitted with a new (January 2016) Tempurpedic mattress, providing a restful haven after your adventures exploring Haleakala or enjoying snorkeling in crystal-clear waters. A comfortable sitting area is perfect for unwinding, and for those rare rainy days in Wailea, we’ve equipped the studio with a 40-inch flat-panel TV. The kitchenette is thoughtfully designed with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, portable two-burner cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, and blender, making it easy to whip up a quick breakfast or lunch. The inviting Hawaiian-themed furnishings are complemented by plush white carpeting, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

A recent remodel completed in July 2014 has brought modern elegance to our unit, featuring new tile, cabinets, and granite countertops. Surrounded by lush tropical foliage, you'll find one of Grand Champions’ two pools conveniently located across the parking area, complete with a hot tub and gas grills for your cooking enjoyment. Dine on your private lanai while savoring the soothing sounds of nature or relish the breathtaking Maui sunsets along with a partial ocean view from the front lanai.

Please note that rentals of one or two days will only be considered to fill calendar gaps or align with existing guest stay dates.

Summary: The property is in a really great location, about a 16-minute walk to the shops of Wailea and is part of a neighborhood of 2-story apartments/condos. The area also feels very safe. The room itself was a little dirtier than expected; there were stains on the carpet and the sheets.There was snorkeling and beach equipment in the closest, which I thought was cool! I didn’t get a chance to use it, but still. The balcony facing the trees was also a very nice place to have breakfast! Bathroom was large and clean. Check-in was a little rough due to an error on my part and not submitting the form needed for the access code well enough in advance, but I also didn’t realize the hosts weren’t local, so due to the time difference, communication at certain times of the day can be difficult. This is not an issue, just something to be aware of!
